Prices and Taxes

We primarily serve business customers; therefore, all prices are shown excluding taxes (net prices) unless stated otherwise.

For customers located in the United Kingdom, the applicable 20% VAT will be added at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, and customs charges applied when the shipment arrives in the destination country.

Please ensure that you track your parcel and complete all required local import procedures. If import charges or customs requirements are not fulfilled and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct any additional costs incurred from the refund.

Such costs may include:

  • return shipping fees, and

  • return import duties or customs charges.

All applicable deductions will be communicated by email once the returned shipment has been received and processed

We provide a 12 months warranty for QuinSpin. This excludes:

  • Water Damage. QuinSpin is vapour-resistant, not waterproof. The unit must never be cleaned under running water or immersed in water. A cleaning brush is provided for proper maintenance. Any damage caused by water exposure is excluded from warranty coverage.

  • Accidental or Improper Use:

    • Damage resulting from accidents or incorrect operation is not covered, including but not limited to:

    • Dropping the unit

    • Cracks or breakage caused by impact

    • Hitting the device with a portafilter instead of using it as instructed

    • Any damage caused by misuse or excessive force

  • Brush Heads - QuinSpin brush heads are considered consumable components and are excluded from warranty coverage. Brush bristles naturally deform over time depending on usage and applied pressure, which is outside of our control.When the motor starts spinning, additional pressure should not be applied, as this may slow the motor down and accelerate bristle wear. Brush heads are designed to be easily refurbished, and replacement bristles are available for purchase. Please do not pull on the bristles to test their strength, as forceful pulling may remove them and does not reflect normal use.

  • Drill Heads - QuinSpin drill heads are tested for up to 1,000,000 proper operating cycles and do not fail under correct use. Damage caused by impact or excessive force — such as dropping the drill head, stepping on it, or forcefully striking — is considered accidental damage and is not covered under warranty. Portafilters should always be placed gently and precisely onto the drill head without applying additional force as per instruction video.

  • Shipping Costs - Return shipping costs are not covered under warranty, and we do not provide return labels.

    Customers are responsible for shipping the QuinSpin unit to our service centre for inspection or repair. If the issue is confirmed to fall under warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge.

    Alternatively, you may send your QuinSpin unit to one of our authorised service centres. Please include a note containing your name, return address, and email address. Once received, we will inspect the unit and contact you with the recommended solution.

  • Returns

    Unused products may be returned within 28 days of delivery.

    Please send the product​s back to us for inspection at either of the addresses above. Once we examine the return, we will contact you regarding the refund process.

    Important:

    Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. Please use a tracked service and clearly mark the reason for shipping as: RETURN

    Please pack it in the original packaging. If the items will be packed differently and get damaged in transport as a result we reserve the right to deduct those costs from the refund.

    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
