Great news!

We have made the QuinSpin stronger! New motors with planetary black gearbox are good for at least 1 000 000 cycles without any damage to the gearbox or shaft. We have also made the shaft bigger and eliminated the brass coupling. Main 2 issues some customers experienced with heavy or long use use.

Any previous v2.0 or v2.1 QuinSpins can be upgraded to current version when needed. Serial number starting UK003168 is already equipped with the latest motors.

If you’re sending your QuinSpin to us for an inspection we will get in touch with you regarding what’s going on and our recommendation.

If you’re far away and shipping your QuinSpin to us is too expensive, but you feel confident to replace the parts yourself, we can ship the parts to you. In this case please remind us to send you the video guide.

The service includes replacing all inside components (motors, switches, wires, compression springs, plus new plastic components required to accommodate bigger motors and new placement of other parts - total of 22 new parts).

If your motors are fine and you don’t want to replace them then we can we can offer a partial service ( Anything not related to motors e.g.. replacing power cable, microswitches, compression springs).

If you’ve lost your brass coupler housing (v2.0 and v2.1), you can also purchase a set of parts for one side. This includes: 1 x brass coupler, 2 x grub screw, 1 x plastic coupler housing, 1 x M4 × 10 pan head screw

If you have never imported anything from abroad the shipping company will / might ask you to fill POA (Power of Attorney) form to allow them to act as the importing agent to clear the import procedures. This is standard procedure.
